The drive-up units have a roll-up steel door, concrete floors and include power and light inside.

12. Are the drive-up units easily accessible?

Yes.  We have very wide, well lit aisles which makes backing your boat, trailer, RV or vehicle into the units much easier.

13. What size units are available?

We have a variety of different sizes.  Please refer to our website.  To insure we have the unit you want available, please call us for availability.

14. How do I know if what I want to store will fit in the unit?

Because all dimensions listed are approximate, it is best that you measure the actual total length, width and height of the item you wish to store as it will make it much easier for us to verify that we have a unit that will fit. You can use our storage calculator here.

15. Can the drive-up units be used for general storage other than vehicles, etc?

Yes, we have many customers who are storing business inventory, landscaping equipment, machinery, etc.  Just understand that these are not climate controlled units so anything that you store is subject to the ambient temperature outside.

16. Are there any restrictions on what we may store?

Yes. We do not allow any toxic chemicals, explosive liquids/gases, poisons, or things that give off odors that may affect neighboring units.

17. Can we use the drive-up units as a workshop?

Within reason, yes, but we do not allow lathes, welding machinery, heavy duty auto repairs, woodworking saws that create sawdust or similar items.

18. Is your site secure?

Our site is totally fenced in by an iron fence, all aisles are fully lighted during the night time, multiple DVRs recording at all times, a fire department a few blocks away as well as local police patrol cars, our coded entry gate and a live-in manager on the premises.

19. Do I need climate controlled storage?

The climate can have devastating effects on stored items especially in our region of the U.S. Climate control keeps temperature and humidity levels constant (temperatures between 55°F and 85°F). If your items are valuable, one of a kind or environmentally sensitive they should be stored in controlled environments.

20. What is the process for ending the rental.

We do require a 30 day in advance written vacate notice which can be easily emailed to us.  All we ask is that you leave the unit in the same condition as it was when you rented.  Please remove all of your possessions, broom sweep the unit out and remove your lock.  We will then email you a vacate receipt for your records.
